We are fully funded by the generous donations of churches and individuals who are all in on the vision for multiplying Kingdom-minded disciples to saturate our cities with the gospel. U.S. GATHERINGS: 120+ leaders engaged in Cypress training through three Workshops, two Marketplace cohorts, & four pastor Huddles
GLOBAL: 275+ leaders trained in Cypress principles in South Asia, Honduras, Dominican Republic, Haiti, & Kenya
MULTIPLICATION: 23 church planters trained through residencies in Boston, Los Angeles, Charlotte, & Charleston
NEW STAFF: First City Coordinator started in May 2025 (Charleston)

MORE GATHERINGS & GREATER MULTIPLICATION: Facilitate five church planter residencies and 10 church leader Workshops hosted by local catalysts | Coach local Cypress champions in 15 different pastor Huddles across five U.S. cities and five other countries
EXPAND LEADERSHIP: Add a Cypress Coach/Trainer to our staff in January 2026 | Add two new City Coordinators and one Global Coordinator by the end of 2026
PUBLISH CYPRESS BOOK: Complete and publish our book on Cypress principles by the end of 2026

The Cypress Project’s budget will need to increase from $144,000 in 2025 to $192,000 in 2026 to expand our staff and leadership team, and support the growing reach of trainings for church leaders, church planters, and marketplace leaders.
